Vegetable seedling transplanter's working principle and daily maintenance

The vegetable transplanter is equipped with a gasoline engine to generate electricity, and the work of several parts is controlled by a gearbox and a clutch.

Working principle of the vegetable transplanter 

The power generated by the engine is transmitted to the spindle through the gearbox. The main shaft rotates through the chain drive wheel to drive the machine. Users can adjust the gearbox gears to achieve different driving speeds as needed. 

The transplanting part is driven by the sprocket through the chain drive synchronized with the spindle. The driveshaft on the transplanting mainboard and the double crank linkage mechanism rotates to drive the vertical lifting of the transplanter and the vertical transplanting of the crop. 

The switch of the transplanter is controlled by a pull wire. In the non-planting area, the user can adjust the clutch as needed to control whether the machine transplants or not.

This cucumber vegetable is easy to operate. By changing the adjusting sprockets of the transplanting drive mechanism with different gears, the planting distance of the crop can be adjusted to meet the planting needs of different crops. 

The adoption of lateral seedling throwing devices reduces the phenomenon of missing seedlings.



Daily maintenance of sweet potato transplanter:

1. When maintaining the vegetable transplanter, you should refuel the pressure shaft in time and check whether the screws are tightened regularly.

2. When maintaining the tractor-driven transplanter, oil the chain, drive chain and bearing of the transplanter.

3. Remove soil and other residues from seedling clamps, inside and outside of the trenches and on the crushing wheels.


Cleaning and maintenance of self-propelled  transplanter after the operation:

The cleaning we need to do is needed to get rid of the residues of fertilizers and chemical products. Maintenance is to lubricate the transplanter with chains and bearing parts. The machine is then placed in a dry place and covered with a tarpaulin to prevent dust from entering. 

The machine should be inspected in detail after the operation. If damaged parts are found, they should be replaced in time.
